Retired Air Force Officer and active member of the Florida Bar, Anthony Fisichella, Jr. currently serves as Of Counsel for the Law Office of David A. Baker, P.A. bringing all of his experience and expertise to bear in assisting this firm and the residents of Brevard County. “The tireless and zealous advocacy of the residents of Brevard County is our first priority. I am honored to be a part of this team and privileged to serve this community.”
After his selection for promotion to Major, Anthony instead chose to revive a childhood dream. He retired from military service in 2004 and shortly thereafter was accepted to Barry University School of Law in Orlando. Anthony graduated in the top 10% of his class, garnering Cum Laude honors and counting among his other accomplishments, top honors in Trial Advocacy.
Despite the rigors of a legal education and raising a family of six, Anthony augmented his academic training and got his legal education where it really counts, working full time as a legal secretary in small law firm in Cocoa Village. This ‘nuts and bolts’ experience gave him an uncanny perception of what it takes to properly and zealously represent clients in the often confusing and overwhelming world of transactional law and litigation.
Anthony came to the practice of law from a broad core of experience that has left him uniquely equipped to recognize and handle a wide variety of legal challenges. After enlisting in the Air Force he acquired an Associate’s Degree in Electronic Systems Technology, giving him the vocabulary and experience to delve into highly technical areas. Anthony served for ten years as a Sergeant and precision electronics technician while simultaneously setting himself to completing a bachelor’s degree.
Anthony honed his acute analytical skills at the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs in pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy. He graduated with honors and immediately applied for a commission in the U. S. Air Force.
Anthony was selected to Officers’ Training School and again distinguished himself, graduating with honors and finding himself in Brevard County for the first time as a staff officer assigned to Patrick AFB, where he spent three years in service of our nation’s space launch mission in a variety of staff positions.
After a brief sojourn to the command staff at Air Force Space Command in Colorado Springs, Anthony returned to Brevard to finish his Air Force Career. Anthony’s core of experience also includes a significant period of residential Home Building in Brevard County which left him well prepared for construction law issues.
As Of Counsel for the Law Office of David A, Baker, P.A., Anthony continues to serve the people of our community as we navigate the daunting rigors of our judicial system.
